The grounds of the masseria were beautiful and well maintained. There were picture opportunities everywhere. The pool was lovely and quiet and set back in a natural setting. The hotel staff were super Very peaceful and perfect for couples or families. The staff were very helpful including suggestions on day trips and what towns or restaurants to explore nearby. The location made it easy to take trips 30 min and up to 1.5 hours away to explore other towns that were all magical in their own way. The breakfast had many choices and the dinner menu changed nightly. It was nice to do day trips and come back to the masseria to eat dinner and finish the day. Overall a lovely stay.

Staying at Masseria Ayroldi has exeeded our expectations. A detailed and nice place... in a word, MAGIC! Breakfast was large and unexpected, it was table service but really tasting and full of local products that we could choose! We could finally take a break and relax. We just want to thank the waiters, all so caring and helpful in satisfying all our requests. The position is good for visiting the Valle d'Itria and the coast of both the Adriatic and Ionic sea. A special thank you goes to Alessandro and Anna, who gave us advise with kindness and professionalism. Masseria Ayroldi is a must if you want to live the experience of a 1700 Apulian Masseria. The entire experience, from the welcome to to checkout was so lovely. The exquisite design and architectural features of the hotel made it so I interesting. The breakfast was the best we have had in Italy and the staff were so accommodating. Loved every minute.

We loved everything about Masseria Ayroldi. I could live there surrounded by the amazing garden providing so much good fruits and veggies we ate during our stay. The food was so delicious. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and with all we need for a perfect stay.

Well-finished Masseria with attention to every detail. Room was very nice, air-conditioned and clean. Breakfast was rich with natural and homemade food: tasting cakes, fresh bread, focaccia and jam. Dinner was delicious, a relaxing atmosphere with typical Apulian dishes. The swimming pool area was so dreaming, a natural heaven surrounded by greenery. Staff is as special as the beauty of the Masseria. They were all caring, friendly and I think that this is the real value of Ayroldi. Hope to come back one day!

Great location for visiting the Valle d'Itria; the Masseria is very accurate in the details. Rooms and common areas are clean. The atmosphere in the pool is unique; the staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive to every need. We felt at home. Restaurant serves typical dishes of the Apulian tradition. The strong point is certainly the breakfast, being served at the table compared to the usual buffet was really nice. It made the stay even more relaxing, tasting homemade products. Jam and biscuits are unique.

What a wonderful experience to stay at a working farm!! So beautiful. We found the setting beautiful and relaxing. The meal area was superb were we had both breakfast and and an evening meal. The hosts and owners were lovely. Unforgetable.!!!

Everything was really amazing. The location, the masseria itself and its garden, pool, the breakfast concept. The staff was very friendly and we felt there like at home. We are extremely glad this place was our first masseria experience 🫶🏼

Beautiful masseria just 10 mins from Ostuni - tastefully decorated, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast and helpful staff, what more could you want. Perfectly positioned to explore all the lovely towns in Puglia & everything the area has to offer. Especially loved my room no 103 being upstairs and having the lovely views from the outdoor terrace
